Fruits come with abundant amount of vitamins & minerals along with good amount of fiber. Hence fruits, even though sweet, are not empty calories. That being said, fruit can add up to your list of "healthy foods for weight loss"!

3 Tips to help you accomplish your resolution this year:
1. Set one little goal each month VS dreaming to be ideal overnight.
2. Remain consistent with the changes you made in your diet or lifestyle.
3. Don't promise for tomorrow, good work should start from today!

2. Substitute dessert with Fruits.

4. Walk and extra mile.
